Chenda Sem is a social development specialist at the World Bank based in Cambodia. Since joining in 2018, she has worked across the Bank's portfolio to advance social inclusion, with a focus on access to childcare, gender equality, disability inclusion, and community engagement. Her work spans the project cycle, including generating evidence for policy reform and supporting the design and implementation of projects in close collaboration with government counterparts, civil society organizations, and communities. She holds a master's degree in social science and is committed to ensuring that development outcomes are inclusive and reach the most vulnerable.
