Based in Vienna, Austria, Cheryl manages a debt and equity investment portfolio of $3 billion for IFC's Infrastructure and Natural Resources business in Europe and Central Asia. She oversees a team of professionals responsible for infrastructure development, advisory, and investment activities across the region in energy, transportation, telecommunications, media, technology, municipal and environmental infrastructure. Prior to this role, Cheryl was a longstanding senior member of IFC’s Latin America and the Caribbean infrastructure team based in Washington, D.C., Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, and Mexico City.
Cheryl holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
