Chiara Rogate is an Energy Specialist working on energy access for the World Bank Africa region. Her work focuses on least-cost planning and national electrification programs. After working at IEG for the evaluation of the World Bank Group’s performance on electricity access, she worked on geospatial planning in Nigeria and is currently focused on Ethiopia.
