Chris is a Lead Economist and Cluster Leader in the Agriculture Global Practice based in Hanoi, Vietnam. He joined the Bank in 2004 and has worked in Africa and East Asia. Prior to that, Chris spent six years as an Economic Adviser with DFID, including three years based in South Asia. He has a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Nottingham, U.K.
