Chris Wellisz is a consultant in the World Bank’s Global Trade and Regional Integration Unit. He previously worked as a communications officer at the International Monetary Fund and as a reporter and editor for Dow Jones Newswires, Bloomberg News, and The Wall Street Journal. He holds master’s degrees in history and international affairs from Columbia University.
