Christabel E. Dadzie is a Senior Social Protection Specialist at the World Bank, leading implementation of the World Bank’s Strengthen Ethiopia’s Adaptive Safety Net (SEASN) project, the largest contributor to the rural Productive Safety Net Program (PSNP 5) in Ethiopia. She was the Task Team Leader of the recently closed Ghana Productive Safety Net (GPSNP and GPSNP 2) and The Gambia Social Safety Net (GSSN) Project. She previously also supported the Liberia and Sierra Leone SPJ portfolio to develop their social protection systems. Prior to joining the World Bank in 2015, Christabel worked on economic growth projects leading USAID program performance evaluations and assessments in Africa, Asia and Latin America, as well as working on gender and economic development programs within the United Nations system (UN WOMEN, FAO and UNDP). A Ghanaian national, she holds a master’s degree in international Affairs from Columbia University, New York, and bachelor of arts degree in International Relations from the College of Wooster in Ohio.
