Christine Shepherd joined World Bank’s Public-Private Infrastructure Advisory Facility (PPIAF) in 2012 and currently oversees PPIAF’s Eastern Europe Central Asia portfolio of activities. Based in Kosovo, Christine also supports PPIAF’s technical assistance in the energy sector. Recently she has started to help PPIAF examine how gender considerations overlap with the work it supports.
