Christopher De Serio is a Senior Transport Specialist with the Transport Global Practice at the World Bank. With more than 15 years of operational experience in East Africa and the East Asia and Pacific regions, Chris has worked on a range of development issues, including air transport, regional connectivity, infrastructure asset management, and public sector governance and capacity development. Chris holds an MA in Transportation Policy, Operations and Logistics from George Mason University and a BA in Political Science from Clemson University.
