Christopher Miller is the Program Leader for the Russian Federation where he coordinates the World Bank’s programs in the areas of private sector development, transport and ICT, and social, urban, and rural development. Since joining the WBG in 2008, Christopher has held several positions in both the IFC and World Bank focused on investment attraction, regulatory reform, digital economy, SME development, and sector competitiveness in agriculture, ICT, and mining. Prior to the World Bank Group, Christopher worked in various positions in finance and development in Asia and the United States. Christopher holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and undergraduate degrees in Computer Science and English Literature.
