Christopher Pablo, Senior Urban Specialist, is the Team Lead of the Tokyo Development Learning Center (TDLC), a Tokyo-based knowledge hub borne out of a partnership of the Government of Japan and GPURL. Before his Tokyo assignment, he worked in operations on urban, water, transport, resilience, among other themes, in various countries. He was previously based in Jerusalem, Dhaka, and Manila.
