Christopher Stephens is Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the World Bank Group. He oversees a legal team of 200 staff located around the world. He is responsible for all legal aspects of Group operations, including lending, advisory services, country engagement, operational policies, trust funds and partnerships and sanctions and anti-corruption.
