Cindy Paladines is a Financial Sector Specialist in the Long-Term Finance Global Unit of the Finance, Competitiveness and Innovation Global Practice. In this role, she leads engagements and contributes to policy and advisory services on sustainable finance topics, primarily in Latin America and the Caribbean, and in East Asia and the Pacific. Previously, she was a Young Professional in the office of the World Bank’s Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer and with the Development Finance Vice Presidency. She has also served in the World Bank’s Indonesia Country office in the Poverty Reduction and Economic Management team.
