Citra Kumala is a Research Analyst at the World Bank Indonesia Education team. She joined the Bank in 2019, where she previously contributed on poverty monitoring project with the Poverty team in Indonesia. Prior to joining the Bank, she worked as a planning analyst for Indonesian Ministry of National Development Planning on the area of population planning and social protection. Her area of expertise includes education and inclusive social development particularly in the areas of social protection, poverty eradication, inequality and social inclusion of older persons. She holds an MSc in Economics degree from University of Warwick and bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universitas Padjadjaran.
