Claire leads the Research and Innovation team at Youth Impact, an NGO focused on scaling cost-effective education and health programs for youth. She is also a research affiliate at Oxford University’s What Works Hub for Global Education. Her work centers on rapid experimentation and evidence generation and translating research into scalable policy impact. Previously, Claire was a Research Fellow at Oxford University’s Centre for the Study of African Economies and worked at the World Bank and the Australian Government’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. She holds a PhD from the University of Oxford.
