Clara Stinshoff is a Digital Development Specialist with the Digital Transformation Vice Presidency. She generates knowledge and supports teams working on broadband connectivity, access, and use, and has co-authored several World Bank reports on digital transformation, including governance of the digital economy, online gig work, and inclusive digital transformation in Africa. Clara joined the World Bank in 2018 as a consultant for the Finance, Competitiveness, and Innovation Global Practice. Prior to this, she contributed to Ethiopia’s Digital Strategy with the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change and worked in policy consulting in Germany. She holds a Master of Public Policy from the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin.
