Claudia Serrano Córdova is an environmental consultant at the World Bank, working on projects related to environmental health, particularly air and chemical pollution and their impacts on health, as well as blue economy initiatives, including those in the Eastern Tropical Pacific Corridor. She has experience in both the private sector—as a public health consultant for pharmaceutical companies—and the development sector, through her work at the World Bank and her previous experience at the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR). Claudia holds a Master of Science in Global Health and Development, as well as a degree in Economics and Sociology, with concentrations in international development and peace studies.
