Ms. Claudia Vasquez is the Program Leader for Infrastructure in Indonesia and Timor-Leste. Ms. Vasquez has over 15 years of experience in leading the design and implementation of infrastructure programs that economic development. Ms. Vasquez has experience working in several countries. She developed cross-sectoral policy reform programs and projects to support low-carbon infrastructure development in EU countries, Colombia, Mexico, and the Western Balkans. Ms. Vasquez holds a PhD and Master Degrees on Energy Economics from The Ecole Nationale de Petrol et Moteurs in France and an Undergraduate Degree in Industrial Engineering.
