Claudine Marie Solange Nyinawagaga is an economist by training and holds a master’s degree of Social Sciences in Gender Studies from University of Rwanda.
Over the last 14 years of her 28 years of working experience, Claudine has mainly worked in Social Protection and Community Development, with a special focus on family and community strengthening.
Currently, Claudine is the Director General of Local Administrative Entities Development Agency. Before, she served as National Director for SOS- Children’s Villages and Country Director for Hope and Homes for Children; positions that she accessed after having served as a Mayor of Gasabo District in City of Kigali.
