Clemens Benedikt is a Consultant in the Health, Nutrition and Population Global Practice working on efficiency analysis in relation to HIV, Tuberculosis and other health programmes. He has been involved in HIV program development and implementation in southern Africa for a decade with a focus on HIV prevention and in conducting allocative efficiency studies in different regions, in particular eastern Europe and Central Asia.
