Clotilde V. Minster, a French national, is a Transport Specialist in the MENA Transport unit and joined the World Bank in 2018 through the Young Professionals Program. She currently leads and contributes to projects in Djibouti, Tunisia, and Morocco. She is the author of several peer-reviewed articles and book chapters. Her research currently focuses on women’s mobility behaviors, jobs creation and transport investments. She holds a doctorate degree in geography and master's degrees in city and regional planning from the University Paris 1 – Panthéon-Sorbonne.
