Cornelia M. Tesliuc is a Lead Economist with the Social Protection and Jobs global practice in Western and Centra Africa. She has over 20 years of experience working in Europe and Central Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean, and Eastern and Western and Central Africa regions. She was involved in the development of social protection programs and systems addressing issues ranging from establishing effective social safety nets to help poor families reduce poverty and increase human capital to increasing youth employability and supporting informal sector and to improving girls’ education and women’s empowerment and livelihood.
