Cristina Barnard is a consultant for the Finance, Competitiveness, and Innovation group of the World Bank on regulatory improvement issues in Mexico. In addition, Cristina has worked with the World Bank on a project on educational and labor trajectories for young people in vulnerable situations and on the long-term evaluation of the largest conditional direct transfer program in Mexico. She has six years of experience working on public policy projects and specializes in quantitative analysis.
Cristina is an economist from the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM) and is pursuing a master's degree in International Education Policy Analysis at Stanford University.
