Cut Dian is an economist in the World Bank Office Jakarta. She joined the Bank in May 2005. She is part of the Public Finance and Regional Development team under the Poverty Reduction and Economic Management Network (PREM) and has worked on several activities, including Aceh and Nias public expenditures, District Education expenditure review, Aceh post-Tsunami reconstruction, and several damage and loss assessments. Dian is also managing a large sub-national database and leading the decentralization/Aceh cluster within the PFRD team. She completed her bachelor degree from University of Indonesia and a master degree from Institute Social Studies, Netherlands. Prior to joining the World Bank, she worked with United Nations Support Facility for Indonesia Recovery/UNSFIR, which was a project of UNDP Indonesia.
