Cynthia Olotch is an accomplished legal professional with over 20 years of experience delivering innovative and effective legal solutions and advice. Her areas of specialization include public-private partnerships, public procurement, infrastructure, and energy and natural resources.
She has acted for clients across the entire value chain of projects including international organizations, development finance institutions, public sector entities, developers, commercial lenders, contractors, operators, and equipment suppliers.
