Dafei Huang is a Senior Operation Officer, IFC. She led the China Partnership for Market Readiness Project when she worked at the Environment and Natural Resources and Blue Economy Global Practice of the World Bank. She also led key operations on green finance and air pollution control in China. She is deeply engaged in the climate change policy dialogue and delivers technical assistance cooperation at both national and provincial level. Dafei now works on Upstream in Manufacturing, Agriculture and Services in Asia. Prior to the Word Bank, Dafei had over ten years of experience in the private sector, on carbon funds, advisory and renewable energy project development. Dafei has an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London, UK.
