Daniel Alejandro Pinzón Hernández is a consultant for the World Bank’s Mind, Behavior, and Development Unit (eMBeD) and formerly a researcher at the Universidad de Los Andes, Colombia. His work involves methodological design of skills for policy and research in developing countries. His primary areas of research are education, psychometrics, survey design and early childhood development. He holds a M.Sc. in Economics from the Universidad de Los Andes, Colombia.
