Daniel Balke is a Strategy and Operations Officer in the FCV Group, and serves as the FCV Country Coordinator for South Sudan, based in Juba. He previously worked on refugee and other cross-border issues in the Middle East and North Africa region, and as an assistant in the office of former WBG President Jim Yong Kim. Prior to joining the Bank, Daniel was an international economist at the US Department of the Treasury.
