Daniel Benitez is Senior Economist and Lead of a Community of Practice of Public-Private Partnerships in the Transport and Digital Development Global Practice of the World Bank. His work involves both analytical and advisory services on infrastructure economics, policy and financing since 2006. Daniel also worked on computable general equilibrium analysis and utility regulation as researcher at Center for Economic Regulation in Argentina. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Toulouse.
