Daniel Loschacoff has over 20 years of PPP strategy, structuring and financing experience world-wide, including for the World Bank. He has been the author of various PPP thought leadership papers and lecturer in courses in finance.
Daniel was the founder of the first European PPP exchange group and worked on the EU’s smart financial instruments for mobility projects and programs.
