Since 2009 Daniel has been the country coordinator of the World Bank’s Justice for the Program based in the World Bank Country Office in Honiara, Solomon Islands. Prior to that he has worked as a lawyer and consultant, practicing criminal law in Vanuatu and Solomon Islands. For two years beginning in October 2007 he worked as a village courts adviser in the New Guinea Islands of Papua New Guinea, including Bougainville. Daniel has spent over ten years living and working in Melanesia.
