Daniela Gutierrez Torres is currently a Consultant in the World Bank’s Water Practice for the Latin America and the Caribbean region. She works on operational projects and provides technical assistance related to water supply and sanitation as well as water resources management. Before she joined the Water Practice, she was a Special Assistant at the World Bank’s Wealth Accounting and Valuation of Ecosystem Services initiative in Colombia. Daniela graduated from Lund University with a MSc. in Environmental Management and Policy and from El Bosque University with a B.Sc in Environmental Engineering.
