Daniela Felcman is a Senior Governance Specialist at the World Bank, currently covering the Europe and Central Asia (ECA) region. In this capacity, Daniela leads projects and analytical work in the areas of public administration reform, infrastructure governance, and anticorruption. These efforts involve the implementation of digital government initiatives and data-analytic approaches. She currently leads governance and anticorruption reform programs in Armenia, Kyrgyz Republic, and Uzbekistan and is the Governance Focal Point for the South Caucasus. Previously, Daniela supported similar reform programs in several Latin American and Caribbean countries, including Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and Chile. Before joining the World Bank in 2008, Daniela worked at the Inter-American Development Bank and the Ministry of Finance in Argentina. Daniela is an economist from the University of Buenos Aires, holds a Master’s degree in International Studies and Public Policy from George Washington University and a Master’s degree in International Studies from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Argentina.
