Daniela Villalba is a Water Supply and Sanitation Specialist at the World Bank based in Colombia. She oversees the management of the country's water projects, such as the "Todos Somos Pazcífico" Plan and the government's support management through grants. Additionally, she supports the Rural Water and Sanitation initiative in the Latin America and Caribbean region. She has worked in the water sector for over 8 years, combining experience from both the public and private sectors in Colombia and Venezuela. Daniela holds a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Los Andes (Mérida, Venezuela) and a Master’s in Civil Engineering (focused on project management) from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Bogotá, Colombia).
