Daphne is a Consultant with the South Asia Climate and Infrastructure Resilience practices at the World Bank.
Before joining The Bank, Daphne worked in capital projects and infrastructure consulting at McKinsey & Company. There, she supported clients in various sectors across North America to optimize infrastructural efforts related to cost, logistics, schedule, and sustainability. Daphne also served as a geotechnical engineer at WSP in New York, where she consulted on the technical design and construction of major infrastructure projects.
Daphne holds a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University and a Master of Education in Technology and Innovation from Harvard University.
