David Allen is a consultant for the Climate Support Facility at the World Bank, and manages the Green Recovery Dialogue. Prior to joining the World Bank in 2016, David was a research assistant at the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions (C2ES), and held various internships at the White House Council for Environmental Quality, New America, and the U.S. State Department. He also spent two years teaching high school English in South Korea as a Fulbright Scholar. David holds a Master of Science in Foreign Service (MSFS) and a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from Georgetown University, as well as an undergraduate degree in International Relations and East Asian Studies from the University of the Pacific.
