David Bulman is a China Public Policy Postdoctoral Fellow at the Ash Center. His research looks at decentralization, governance, and economic development, with a particular emphasis on China. David received his BA in Economics from Columbia University and his MA and PhD in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
