David leads KPMG Singapore’s regional transport practice and has more than 20 years of expertise in guiding both public and private sector stakeholders in sustainable transportation initiatives. His experience comprises diverse projects encompassing rail, roads, ports, and airports throughout the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), Australia, and the Middle East, with a focus on funding and financing structures and mobilizing private capital. David supported the World Bank in developing guidelines for the Limited Concession Scheme (LCS) in Indonesia.
