David Palmer is a tax administration expert with over 40 years’ experience working in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and the Caribbean for institutions such as the IMF, World Bank, the European Union and the UK’s Department for International Development. He is currently working for the World Bank on a number of tax reform projects, based in the Poland country office.
