David Potten is a Development Economist who was worked for a variety of employers - NGOs, developing country governments, a private consulting company, the UNDP and the World Bank. He is now retired, but still works part-time, and recently carried out an assignment for AusAID, reviewing the impact of an Australian and New Zealand financed project supporting the World Bank's work in the Pacific.
