David Rosenblatt is an Economic Advisor at the Office of the Chief Economist, World Bank. Prior to this, he was a Lead Economist and Sector Leader at the Bank’s Latin America and the Caribbean region. David has also been a visiting lecturer at George Washington University. He has a Ph.D. in economics from University of California, Berkley
