With degrees in Foreign Service (BS, Georgetown University) and Public Policy (MPP, UC Berkeley), Debra Lam has over ten years of international experience in governance, sustainable and strategic development, policy analysis, and project management. She understands how to work with multiple stakeholders in difficult environments, having worked in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. Debra specializes in advising cities around the world on policy, sustainability, climate change, and low carbon issues. She has spoken and published a number of articles on city development, climate change, and sustainable development policy. She has lived and worked in the U.S., United Kingdom, China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
