Debra is responsible for International Finance Corporation’s (IFC) financing renewable energy and energy efficient investments. She joined IFC eight years ago. Her expertise is in risk management. Prior to joining IFC, Debra worked for private sector companies such as JP Morgan, Barclays Capital and BP Oil in risk management. She also taught International Finance at London Business School, University of Cambridge and City University of London.
Debra earned a Ph.D. from London Business School in commodity and foreign exchange risk management and a M.Sc. in Monetary Economics from the London School of Economics.
