Delia Rodrigo, a Mexican national, is a Senior Regulatory Reform Consultant, who has over 20 years of professional experience in the fields of regulatory management, public governance, and private sector development. She has participated in projects in more than 50 countries supporting the improvement of regulatory processes and regulatory institutions, the ease of doing business, the use of evidence-based decision-making and better targeting compliance and enforcement of regulations. Ms. Rodrigo has also trained government officials worldwide on regulatory reform tools, such as Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA) and its methodologies, stakeholder engagement, risk-based regulation, licensing reforms and public consultation. Before being a consultant, she worked for the Investment Climate Department of the World Bank Group and the Regulatory Reform Program at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). Ms. Rodrigo holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Mainz University in Germany.
