Deryck R. Brown has been a Senior Public Sector Specialist at the World Bank since 2010. He has over 25 years experience in public policy, public administration, anti-corruption and capacity building in Africa, the Caribbean and East Asia. Prior to joining the World Bank, he was Adviser on Governance and Development and Deputy Director at the Commonwealth Secretariat in London, supporting Commonwealth countries in the fight against corruption. Dr. Brown also managed the Commonwealth Fund for Technical Cooperation (CFTC) overseas long-term experts program. He received his PhD in Public Policy and Development from the University of Manchester (U.K.) in 1996.
