Devesh Mishra is currently engaged as Procurement Advisor/Consultant for Multilateral Development Banks to work on strategic tasks such as carrying out Country Procurement Assessment including through use of Methodology for Assessing Procurement Systems (MAPS 2018), improving procurement related portfolio performance, dealing with high value and complex contracts in particular in energy sector. He was the Lead Consultant of Rwanda MAPS assessment.
