Dhawal leads IFC’s Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Transaction Advisory Services in the health and education sectors for the East Asia and Pacific region. He is a physician and has an MBA from the Indian School of Business. Prior to joining IFC, he worked in private equity and for an outpatient surgery chain startup in India. In his spare time, he likes traveling, reading, and movies.
