Diana has extensive experience with international organizations and recently served as Head of the Policy and Development Analysis Unit at the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA). She also worked for 10 years at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), as well as with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the International Labor Organization (ILO). Diana holds a PhD in Economics from the University of California, Riverside, and has taught at several universities in Mexico and the United States.
