Diana Cubas is a Disaster Risk Management consultant at the Global Facility for Disaster Reduction and Recovery (GFDRR). Previously, she was a Disaster Risk Management consultant for the Latin American and Caribbean region working in the design and implementation of lending investments in Nicaragua, the Dominican Republic, Haiti, and Panama. Her work spans the areas of resilient infrastructure, Disaster Risk Financing, Adaptive Social Protection, inclusive DRM, and innovative solutions for post-disaster methodologies. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Georgetown University.
