Diana Paredes is a Consultant in the World Bank’s Education Global Practice. She primarily works on developing global public goods that can help low- and middle-income countries implement effective teacher professional development (TPD) programs. Her research interests include teacher policies, education finance, and skills development.
Previously, Diana worked at the Inter-American Development Bank, where she designed, implemented, and evaluated education projects and operations across Latin America. She also worked in the Peruvian public sector, supporting the formulation of the education budget and the implementation of teacher policies. Diana holds a Master in Public Affairs from Princeton University.
