Dickson Effah is a Consultant with the Regional Director Infrastructure MNA Front Office. Prior to joining the World Bank Group, Dickson worked as a project associate at Capital Plus Exchange Corporation where he helped in coordinating all the organizations’ projects in Sub-Sahara Africa. He has past consultation experience with non-profit organizations; including the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN), and ACDI/VOCA. Dickson worked with the Deutsche GesellschaftfürInternationaleZusammenarbeit (GIZ – Ghana) on a range of nutrition intervention projects that targeted adolescent girls and women of reproductive age.
Dickson is a native of Ghana but currently lives in Washington, D.C. He holds a Master of Arts degree in International Economics and International Development from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), a Master of Business Administration (MBA – Green Energy and Sustainable Businesses) degree from the University of Bologna Business School, Bologna – Italy, and Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Food Science and Technology, from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in Kumasi, Ghana.
